Receiver locks the Blue Ox tow bars to baseplate & receiver hitch to prevent theft. Chrome plated steel keys won't bend or break. Watertight lock head seals out dirt & moisture. Each use 1/2 inch pin for tow bar to baseplate & 5/8 inch pin for tow bar to hitch.
