It is a specially formulated primer developed specifically for EternaBond tapes. It is designed to work with all EternaBond tapes & specifically developed for preparation of surfaces when installing EternaBond tapes in low ambient temperatures from 40 Degree Fahrenheit down to -20 Degree Fahrenheit.
